He has an experience in setting up more than 15 Turn Key Projects and plants in the field of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Intermediates & Speciality Chemicals all over India on turnkey and consultancy basis .Mr Mukesh Naik has engaged into consultancy and commissioning of Products, Process and Turn Key Manufacturing facilities.

Mr Mukesh Naik in addition to setting up one in house engineering unit for Nutraplus India Ltd to manufacture Heavy Machinery and Equipments, Valves and various other manufacturing equipments . Mr Mukesh Naik has executed many Green field Full Fledged Manufacturing Plants comprising of more than 150 inhouse manufactured production equipments from 1990 to 2020 for Nutraplus India Ltd making Nutraplus India Ltd self sufficient in Plant & Machinery a remarkable feat very few companies In India can achieve. The company had unique expertise to derisk & streamline the manufacturing process , thus making the manufacturing process easy to scale up and implement the same.
